Injilinji Youth Support Service’s staff members (Lillian Owens, Ben Fifita, Sarah Schraag and Hayley Iles) attended the Red Rose Foundation (Domestic and Family Violence) event that was hosted by AIDRWA and included Ngukuthati Children and Family Centre and Mount Isa City Council that was held at AIDRWA’s office at 72 Hilary Street, Pioneer.

Injilinji Aged Care celebrates resident elder Aunty Dorrie turning 80
Much-loved and respected Resident Elder, Auntie Dorrie Prowse, celebrated her 80th Birthday with family, friends and the Residents of Injilinji Aged Care on 22nd July. The birthday celebrations were hosted at Injilinji Aged Care, with MC Deadly Jacob of MOB-FM.

The NAIDOC 2023 Elders Luncheon was hosted at Injilinji Aged Care on Wednesday 5th July 2023 with Resident Elders and Injilinji Community Care clients invited to attend to celebrate NAIDOC, with the theme for this year – For Our Elders.
Injilinji NAIDOC Cultural Trivia Night 2023
Injilinji has been staging the annual NAIDOC Cultural Trivia Quiz in Mount Isa since 2013. On Monday 3rd July 2023, some 14 teams, each consisting of 5 members, gathered for a night of fun where friends and family tested their knowledge on a variety of cultural subjects. Highlighting the theme 'For Our Elders', the 2023 event was the biggest to date.
